someone i know bought there 2 year old son a set of water weights. the kid already likes to lift. he does fake squats and shrugs. does anyone know if this is alright?? whats good and whats bad... | ||

thats fine i think. i dont think at the age of 2, the kid is really thinking he's working out, he's just having fun.. i doubt he's doing some serious squats or anything. LOL. =) | ||

AT 2 YEARS OLD THE BODY IS NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO DO ANY DAMAGE BY LIFTING WEIGHTS. SO TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION NO I DON'T SEE ANY HARM IN IT. | ||

I think a Sust/deca cycle would help that kid out....lol Yeah, no doubt, what the hell is the kid doing lifting weights at 2 years old? Shouldn't he be watching Teletubbies or something like that?? ------------------ |
