I'm currently on a cycle that looks like this:
Week 1-8 Sust. 500
Week 1-5 Dbol 35 35 30 30 30
Week 3-10 Deca 400
Week 9-12 Primo 400
Week 9-12 Winny 50 ED
DNP Week 9 & 11
Clomid EOD and post-test, 50 mgs Proviron and 10 mg Nolva's ED.
The whole point of this cucle is to lose BF while gaining LBM-it can be done!

On Dec. 1 I was 183lbs, 17-20% BF (wintertime), at 5'10". I was taking in 3400 cals at 50-35-15. In 3 weeks I was up to 200lbs. I'm filling out but staying fat. So I'm droppin down to 2200 cals at 33-54-13. I'm VERY carb sensitive that is the reasoning for the ratios. In February I will drop the cals and carbs a little more.
Now I've seen some of the pros off season bulking diets in last months FLEX and at their weight they averaged 3400-4500 cals with only 40-45% at most coming from carbs.I'm not blessed with fast metabolism like you other skinny shits! Shit, my buddy's cutting diet involves Whoppers!

So I guess what I need to know is if I utilize the carbs throughout the day as to not slow down my metabolism, and keep the protein as is, will I still put on LBM, and help fat loss? What do ya think?

Thanks Gentleman

It looks to me like you are trying to bulk and cut at the same time. I get the impression that you're bulking because of your choice of drugs and wanting to gain mass. I get the impression you're cuttin because of your reduced calorie level. If you want to gain mass you need more calories than your body uses for everyday functions. I strongly beleive you absolutely need carbs while bulking. How many depends on the individual, but they are imparative IMO. They are energy for intense training sesions. The glycogen is also what gives the muscles the big, full appearance. Not to mention they are protein sparing, thus your body is able to utilize the protein you consume for rebuilding and growing muscle tissue. 2200 calories is near starving for a serious bodybuilder on anabolic steroids. At 200 your not ll that small so 2200 calories is bird feed. I'm not sure I understand your goals here. If you want to cut...cut. If you want to bulk...bulk. But don't atempt to do both at the same time. If you caloric intake is high enough you will still gain mass but 2200 calories is no where near enough for lbm growth. You will need carbohydrates in order to successfully bulk, but again it is a personl thing how many you will need. You will need to keep glycogen levels full which for a person of 200 pounds is I would guess at least 400 grams a day.

Yes, you need the carbs. The lions are out of the playoffs and although that's a nice picture you probably should find a new one cuz some members may take offense to it.

Yeah, I'd say that you need carbs even though as you say, you are sensitive to carbohydrates. Just taper them off as the day goes on. Hope this helps.

Yes, otherwise your body will oxidize protein and use it as energy intead of building muscle.

I wouldn't cut carbs totally, but you could try lowering them to around 150-200grams a day for a couple of weeks or so. Take 50 in the morning and 100 to 150 grams in the meals following your training. I think that those who are carb sensitive can grow nicely on a higher protein and lower carb diet. I would say at least 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, probably 2.5 grams.

i too am kinda of sensetive to carbs but what helped me is tapering later in the day but i still maintain 300-400 a day. or go 200-300 on off days and double them on workout days. but next time if i was you i wouldn't start a bulking cycle unless you are under 12%bf so you won't worry about the fat!
