Vets,Mods,and all other brothers,I really need your help. Can anyone come up with a sample diet I could use while I'm "on?" I already tried doing a search,but couldn't come up with anything specific. Here's my stats-26years old,6'3" 250-255 pounds with 8-9% bodyfat. I need at least 6,000+ calories to really pack on some size. Thanks in advance for your help!!-THE PROTOTYPE | ||

drink whole milk ,leave yolks in eggs ,eat peanutbutter. the diet above is good, but eat more fat do not use fat free anything.

they say to eat ALOT to get big, ok go to a buffett everyday then , the normal person with average amount of juice will get FAT. Most dont have the $60,000 a year on drugs to help then stay lean while consuming soo many calories carbs and whatever they want to eat a day. | ||

I match your stats exactly except I'm an inch shorter. Here's what I'm doing and it's working well. meal 1 rotein shake (80 grams protein) meal 2:12 egg whites, 2 yolks, one cup oatmeal with protein powder meal 3:12oz chicken breast, 8 oz sweet potato meal 4:MRP during workout meal 5 rotein shake (post workout) meal 6:1lb red meat sweet potato meal 7:12oz chicken breast w/vegetables meal 8:MRP I use MRP Factor 2 (32grams protein 60 grams carbs) and Ultra Pro 5 (80grams protein) both by Nuclear Nutrition. | ||

2bpro, eating a large pizza as the last meal is a bad idea. you'll gain a lot of fat. you're not supposed to est lots of carbs before going to bed. maybe could go on meal 2 or 3.And prefect rep, you can't eat just protein after working out. you need a lot of carbs(mostly sugars). | ||
