Yes, I would look at your diet. While I agree with the other brothers that the best measure of what a cycle is doing for you is looking in the mirror, I know very well that it feels great to gain weight, and to look ripped and cut at 210 is more satisfying than looking ripped and cut at 190. Depending on your activity level, your basic metabolic requirement is between 3500 and 4000 Kcals/day. You say you were eating 4000 to 4500/day, but that doesn't give you much of a surplus for all that good gear to go to work on. Next time, go heavier on protein and fat intake, and make sure your meals are well spaced. I'll be that will work for you. BTW, don't be too discouraged with an 8 pound gain. That would normally take an experienced lifter like you a good 9 or 10 months to gain, with out gear. You did it in 12 weeks. That ain't nothin', bro. Be well, be happy, and lift heavy. more food next cycle. take the body weight you want say 225lbs times that by 30=6750calories. this is what you should strive for.this is a general statement but it will but you on the right playing field. Do not be afraid to eat fat.fat is your friend. | ||

They are all right. Steroids can only help you gain weight, food will make you gain weight. Anyway, after 4 1/2yrs of juicing you can't expect to gain as much weight as a newbie who juices. ------------------ |
