My roomate has a bottle of this ephedra 250...has anybody used it? Im looking to cut off some fat and was wondering if this supplement would do the job or if there was something else out there better (legal substances). Just curious how I should take it...directions says 3 capsules a day, but wondering if there is a better way to take. Any feedback would be appreciated.     | ||

How much ephedra per capsule? Give us the breakdown of ingredients. Never heard of it. ghans |
