Recently I've been listening to some sound advice about AS. That I may not be ready for them yet, due to my lack of weight experience. Some indivudual have recommened Andro instead until I'm ready for AS. What do you guys think. Is this a good idea? If so what else should be taken with it creatine? and how should it be taken? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

My first cycle was of Andro...I gained a couple of pounds but not worth it. It is more expensive and side effects/gains ratio is horrible. I got more acne and even noticed some good shedding. Thankfully I didn't get gyno. Don't bother with it IMO. Creatine is OK. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Theres two bad things about Andro. First, it is a waste of money. Second, Ive seen alot of people get gyno from using andro. In my opinion its not worth it. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I WOULD NOT BOTHER WITH ANDRO, I HAVE TRIED IT A WHILE BACK AND ALL I GOT WAS A LITTLE STRENTH INCREASE AND I BROKE OUT BAD ON MY FACE AND BACK. CREATINE IS GOOD THOUGH, I USE PROLABS CREAPURE CREATINE POWDER. TRAIN HARD, EAT LIKE A HORSE AND DO SOME RESEARCH ON AS AND YOU WILL HAVE A SOLID FOUNDATION FOR YOUR FIRST CYCLE. HOPE THIS HELPS. GOOD LUCK M18 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Do not waste your money on pro-hormones. They are useless. You have only been training for 6 months so there is absolutely no way you are ready for AS. You simply do not know enough about diet, training, and most importantly what works for you. There is no way you can possibly know how to completely manipulate your body at this stage of your training. You have tons of natural growth ahead of you, but most importantly you have tons to learn that will make you so much more successfull. You have made a very wise and responsible decision to hold off on the AS. That is the final chapter in elite training...you still have many chapters to go before you get to that one. Right now proper training and diet are the tools to sculpt your physique. They are the main weapons. Learn all you can about them and you will be guaranteed success. You need to learn what works for your body. What kind of training stimulates you best, and what kind of diet your body best responds to. This is an extensive process. It takes years to learn these things...not a couple months. A lot of experimentation must go into it in order for you to figure out what your body will best respond to. Patience is the key. Andro, however, is not the quick answer. It is a useless product and a waste of money. Eat right, train right, and you will do quite well. Creatine and glutamine are really your best supplemental ammo. Anything more than those and a good multi-vitamin and you are probably wasting money. Be patient, learn all you can, and you will be very happy with the results. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

These are all great replys. Thanks for all the support. You guys have pretty much solidfied my descision to hold off. The key now is for me to find the program that is right for me. It's going to be pretty frustrating though. My workout partner is going to do a cycle and I was planning one at the same time. He is ready however. I need to develop the best possilbe not AS program that I can, Any and all info would be greatly apprecieted, things like diet, supps how much and what type, how longs. everything that you guys can offer. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
