I have a pretty basic question about abs. for the past couple of years that i have been lifting i have made good gains in all my body parts except for my abs. I have tried all the exercises and my bf% is under 10 yet and cant see them and my stomach expands to the size of a blimp after the smallest meal, what can I do strengthen my abs as well as make them look better.

if you want your abs to appear its more a matter of cardio/diet i.e. airobic exercises
as for your whole body(include abs),low fat carbs diet.

asdf must be one of the most common things u get when u just hit the key boards really fast to get letters down,thats what i did to get my anabolic extreme name,and it was asdf,but i have changed it since then,but its still their i havent deltete it

Hey, get an ab wheel from Altus or TKO sports...it's an old fashioned thing, but I swear, that damn thing is crazy....
That is the fastest way to a fuckin six pack. trust me. Good luck, Marauder out.

Also with your regular ab work, try doing "vacumes". This is where you suck in your abdominal muscles as far as possible and hold for several seconds. I usually do several sets a day and this seems to help.
