***GHB or (gammahydroxybutyrate) is a naturally occuring body compound. When taken exogenously, it blocks the actions of dopamine in the central nervous system, thus potenating the effects of Gaba and Serotonin. It is a phenomenol sleep aid and aphrodisiac. The main reason body builders used it is because it kicks your pituitary gland to release up to 16 times it's normal Growth Hormone levels with about an hour. The bad thing is GHB is a federally schedule 1 substance, which means it has no medical uses whatsoever, which for those of us who know agree that is complete bullshit. Their's our govt for you. There is one good thing to all of this though...There are (2) actual precursers of GHB that most definately work, they actually used to be on the supplement shelves but cannot be sold as nutritional supplements anymore. Products like Renewtrient, Somatopro, NRG3, Longevity, Verve, etc,etc. These were all very potent precursers which converted to GHB in the liver. The two precursers are called: 1) GBL (gammabutyriclactone)AKA: 2(3h) furanone-di-hydro It is easier to find butylene glycol (BDO)than GBL but it is almost rare to find anything these days.
