Let me give you my situation. I stopped training almost two years ago. I was in decent shape, but not totally lean. Anyway, after breaking up with my girl, moving and a few other factors, two years later I am now kinda fat and out of shape. I'm 30, six feet tall, 225lbs and in poor cardio health. I have done four seperate cycles in the past...2-4 years ago. I am starting training again. My first goal is to lose the extra fat....its gotten to be slightly embarassing. Once I have lost the extra fat and can comfortably fit in my clothes again, I will concentrate on building muscle again. I plan on mixing weight training with Cardio, but am wondering about starting a cycle fairly soon. There are two sides to this in my opinion. One side says "wait until you start concentrating on size" and the other says "It helps burn fat, and give me a HUGE psychological lift". (I have been depressed due to the shape I'm in). I am considering taking a few weeks to get my body over the initial soreness of starting back up and then trying some fat burning gear. OPINIONS?

I think you should start training on a regular basis, get in the right eating habits. Increase your protein, a lot. Start on some fat burners, like Xenedrine or Ripped Fuel. Then a few months down the road maybe get on some gear. my opinion. [This message has been edited by timac (edited December 31, 2000).]

I would take oxandrolone and clen for 8 weeks first, the ox will give a big strength boost and pysch boost and at the end of the 2 months you should be in much better shape to start into the heavy lifting and gear again. I also don't like starting heavy cycles being overweight, it is better to get your bodyfat down first. Luca

A good diet with exersise is what you want. Cardio 30-45min. daily with your weight training. Limit your fat and carb intake and keep protein high. You will loose fat and maintain most of your muscle mass. An e/c/a stack may help also. ghans

I agree, first follow through with your commitment to train. Being away from it for that long, your results should be good at first if you train hard and eat right. Then when you plateau maybe its time to pick up for the extra boost.

Well I wouldn't start a cycle at this time, start with a good, clean diet, lower your carbs, no junk, good lean protein, lots of water and do cardio 4-5 times a week mix with weight training...for a little boost after a while you might start an ECA stack to help you burn fat or by a product containing a good dose of ma huang(ephedrine) and caffeine...and then you will be on the road for a better you...good luck and keep pumping

I'm well aware of diet and good training, so that won't be a problem. I just think the addition of a small amout of clen or something else would not only literally speed up the process, which is even more inspiring, but also MENTALLY makes me much more "into" the workout. Maybe its just me, but when I know I got something extra in me, I work much harder to make sure I get full effect.....that's really the biggest plus for me. So, if I do decide to get some gear going...what would you guys suggest....please don't abbreviate. I'm new to web abbreviations for juice...and thanks for the replies.

If by abbreviation you mean ECA, we mean ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin stack which taken 2-3 times a day makes a perfect fat burner if your training and diet are right on track....you can find these products at different vitamins supplier or get it premix in products as state above i.e. xenadrine, diet fuel or anyother...I do prefer taking it separatly (ECA)..as for the real gear as I said I beleive it's to early but if you choose to do so..I hope you'll get the answer your looking for...btw nothing comes easy...if you really want it (loosing fat)you will attain your goal with or without roids...good luck |
