I always go on a 50/30/20 based diet. You need some good fats from that 20%. You need fat to keep natural test normal. Stick to complex carbs for that 50% (by keeping carbs moderate, you wont induce as much insulin secretion throughout the day therefore less chance for storage of fat)and for the protein, well your a bodybuilder you know whats best for you probably. I just eat chicken and shakes. Hope that helps Kakdiesel ------------------ "I'll always be number one to myself"....Moses Malone ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

You are best of by cycling your calories, I have had great succes in using 30% protein, 20% fat and 50% carbs for about a month. Then you make some adjustments in your fat/carb ratio= 30% fat and 40% carbs for 2-4 weeks. Then do it over again.... Good luck ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
