Does anyone else have their own $.02 to add?
and if i gained 13lbs in three weeks are those gains from the d-bol alone or from the sust.?

There's probably a fair bit of water weight in your gains so far. With biceps being such a small muscle, you're doing far to much work for them in my opinion.
A good routine i use now & again to shock the hell out of them consists of e-zbar curls with a weight that will only let you bang 3 reps out.Rest 30secs & repeat again.Keep doing this until you have hit 45 reps/15 sets of 3.
I promise you,you won't want to train your bi's for a week after that, the pain is beautiful.
Good luck bro.

One excuse would be that you are overtraining them. Don't forget your arms get worked when you push and pull (chest and days) Don't train arms for a while and I will almost guarantee that they will grow.

I tend to agree with DrZaius on this. You gained a ton of weight and no doubt feel like ripping your arms off in the gym, but it seems you might be overtraining a bit. I would think cutting back to one arm workout a week would probably be sufficient. Cutting them out completely might be a little hard on the mind. I would do about 9 or 10 sets total for bis or tris and that's about it. Just give it a wack for 2 weeks and let me know how it goes if you like.

Personaly I think sixteen set for biceps is way to much even on a cycle...I've trained like this for years and my biceps were getting pumped and engorged with blood but they never seemed to grow until I dropped my number of sets and reps..your on a cycle so lift heavy,,,try 6-8 sets of 5-6 reps with maximum poundages and you might experience new growth...keep pumping.

way to much work.do them for awhile with your back and don't touch them again for 7 days.

do two working sets of dumbell peachers 8reps heavy as you can go
then 1 set of incline db curls for 12 reps to pump and stretch the muscle .then 2 sets of hammers heavy, 8 reps, then 1 set of incline again 12 reps. thats it.

hit it hard not many sets and rest.drink a shake 80gms of protein and 100-130 gms of carbs immediately after all WO's then again 1 hour later

I'll have to put in another vote that you are doing too many sets. Your'e doing 16 sets, plus on back day the bis or hit pretty good with any row or pulldown. I have been on my cycle for a little over a week now, and I do around 2-3 sets to failure total for bis; and my arms have went up over an inch. I know a lot is water but its pretty damn cool watching them blow up...

You are overdoing your biceps workout. Try heavy barbell curl, hammer curl and EZ curl. 2 sets of each excercise and 6-8 rep once a week!

only train each bodypart once a week!

My favorite bi exercise that I have experienced an increase in the roundness and fullness in my bis are isolation dumbell curls on a preacher bench. Great isolation, it will tear them up!

i know some guys that dodnt even train biceps. they hit their biceps when they do back,exmample-chins,pulldowns seated rows. and if you compete in bodybuilding, biceps are not everything.
