No flamming (spelling??) intentions here, but you have your glute, thight, even shoulder. Why would you choose abs??? Even if you believe on localized growt(which I don�t), I don�t think that you want more size on your abs. I mean, building size on the abs isn�t so hard. The hard part is lowering the BF. | ||

Do it all the time....Use an 18ga. and make sure you get it all the way in.....hit all the muscles at once.... For added pleasure and growth....look at my temple injection instructions to an earlier post..... IM ab injections are not a very good idea Bro....if you go all the way through....it could get kinda messy...... Ranger | ||
