More information is needed about yourself in order for someone to start you in the right direction, and that is all you will get is a push start as nobody knows your body and how to work and manipulate it like you. Height, weight, body fat, training experience, ect.... Ask more specific questions and provide more detail and someone is bound to set you on the right path.

I agree with Beezers, but as a VERY general rule. Carbs=3grams per pound of body weight
Protien=1-1.5grams per pound of body weight
Fats fall were they may, which will be fine if you are eating lean cuts.

thats along the lines of what I was looking for. Something so that I could draw up my own program. I'm 6'0 180-185 with only of 6 months of serious lifting exp. I'm planing on 500ml sust and 300ml deca weekly for eight weeks, as well as Dianabol for the first 4 weeks.

6 months of training is definitly not long enough training time to be thinking about juicing.u need to build a good foundation and see how far your body can go naturally before resorting to gear.because right now, you'll probably be wasting your money.Just my 2cc's.

Hear me out bro....

I would tend to agree that at 6 months of experience, juice may not be the right answer. I say that only because after that short amount of time, you may not know your body well enough to adjust to chnages "on the fly."

For example, I've been training for quite a few years. What does that mean? That means that I have experiemented quite a bit with diet androutines, and been able to gauge very effectively what works for me and what does not.....I know when I have just a little pain, or if it is an injury. I know what foods are best for me. I understnad exactly what is going on in my body almost always.

I didn't introduce AS into the equation until I was at that point of comfort. AS is a serious step in training, not a "new routine" or something like that.

At 6 months, I am not sure you should make such a change....BUT...it is your decision...and as such I'l try to help.

if you are using test, protein synthesis increases. Therefore aim for 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. (That is a lot of tuna, chicken breasts, etc. It is not as easy as it sounds)

As far as carbs, this is your primary energy source, so eat as much as you need to not feel fatigued. This is where knwoing your body comes in. If you aren't sure, I would,as a general guideline, tell you to "eat until you shit". eat all the time. eat as much as you can, carbs and protein. test cycles are generally bulking cycles and bulking cannot happen without taking in more cals than you burn up.

You just can't know your body after 6 months. Go to walmart and pick up some Androstene. It'll help get you feet wet and you ca hostly gain 5=8lbs on cycle. 4-diol, 5-dione for 3 weeks then 2 weeks off and repeat a few times... Worked for me. It was very noticiable.
