I'm going on a 7200 calorie/day diet in about a week. I recently found out that with moderate excercise my body burns about 3700 calories/day. I used to put 8 eggs, two cups of milk and two scoops of ice cream in a blender. Add protein powder to what you want. That'll fat ya. Shovel in the Jalapeno poppers buddy, yeha! | ||

Fav= whole wheat spagetti with lots of lean hamburger( rinse in hot water to remove more fat). But 7000, good luck on CLEAN foods. No way. | ||

Weight gainer shakes might help. I never use them, though. I have to watch my calories or I will blow up like a balloon. Or try about 10 Double Whoppers with cheese.

try some of the little debbie brownie's, they have like 400+ calories in one and they're tiny. Another good one is raw store bought cookie dough. Nuts have alot of fats, which rack up the calories. And there is no way u can do 7,000 calories without fast food. ------------------ | ||

thanks alot for your help everyone. The advice on this board never fails me. I will definitely be making a couple of McDonald's stops each day. I will definitely load up on meat and breads.I don't like weightgainers they're too expensive and not efficient enough. 700+ cals per day would be difficult without a high fat diet. That's o.k though if you want to pack it on. Fast food, pizza, lots of red meat, potatoes,pasta and always desert. Weight gainer shakes may help bump up your cals. Be prepared to accept some body fat on this diet. ghans | ||

I don't think you can ingest 7000 calories of clean food, then to do so you'd have to eat lots of junk and inevatably you'll gain fat unless you take drugs to burn it, but what would be the point, you don't want to lean down you want to gain weight...you might increase your cals gradually and see how your body reacts... | ||

don't waste your time eating clean to get 7k calories a day. the pros eat what ever they want for part of the year. KFC, WENDYS, AND CHICKEN WINGS... LOAD UP!!! | ||

1 Carl's Jr Famous Star has 700 cals in it.. buy 10 of them, combined with you protein shakes and a huge breakfast, and you can easily get 8000.. Oh, don't forget about those late night Taco Bell Splurges.. | ||

Double quarter pounders at McDonalds or Wendy's put it on. I usually eat two at a time. Make sure to get enough fiber though, it sucks to have all that shit back up. Lots of whole eggs and red meat are a must. Sweet potatoes and oatmeal with peanut butter are good also. | ||

7000 with clean food isn't that hard really. the key is to pick the most dense foods you can find. example: 2 large bowls of shredded wheat with skim milk will be close to 1000 calories, all clean. | ||

stay away from weight gainers.to much sugar... try using flax seed oils, fish oils and M.C.T oil(medium chain trigycerides)thats what i use and they work great. | ||

Unless you weigh 260+ pounds, you might as well say good-bye to your colon because it will quit on you. You are looking at permanent gastro-intestinal damage if you eat that much for over a 3-4 weeks. | ||
