Well, this is the only way I know to get some completely honest advise about my physique. I'd greatly appreciate any constructive critisim. Thanks in advance...lemme know what you all think. Remeber, I havent done a cycle in five years. abaset... how did your body respond to the cycle you did 5 years ago..anyway....... it looks like you are right on the edge ..and i think you will see excellent results...watch your diet ..it will be the key .to...wow ..or what the $#@%$#...happened to you...low fat..very high protein....watch your carbs ..and take fiber..use red kidney beans...and get at a very least.. 8 hours sleep and 1 gallon of water a day..i buy the large food service can's of tuna...put it in a spagett strainer..rinse it very well.it will kill most of the fishey taste..and wash out a lot of the fat they use as a filler....mix dehydraded.onions pepper...fat free mayo..and mustard..to kill the tase and make it palletable... and then get a good quality pita..cut then in half.and carry it with me for lunch ..3 oclock meal and dinner...also a great product...is pure egg whites..they sell...do not get egg beaters they taste like plastic....the one in the 16 oz container...it will look like a murky clear liquid in the frying pan...cook the whole thing ..i do one a day ..some times alittle oatmeal...carefull oat meal has a lot of carbs ..plain.. no butter..no salt on the side good luck bro ....moresize ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Moresize- Thanks for the dieting tips. It's always hard to find tasty protein/lowfat rich foods. Randall- With my first cycle five years ago (250mg/week sust). I only gained about 12 poulds, but I eat like crap. I didn't relay have much of a diet plan. The interesting Diver: I have always had slighty saggy nipples and lower chest. it probably is very minor gyno...but I can't really tell at this point. When I flex, my chest is hard as a rock, but there is a tiny bit of fat around my nipple. Anyone know of some exerciese to tightenting that up. Would decline benching help, or make it worse. I'm going to try and work extensively on my upper chest, so try and compansate for my large mid and lower chest. Any one else have any comments?? Thanks a lot. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Interesting.. Personally I can`t stand fish - even if I got to 500lbs I could`nt eat them! I eat about 6 chicken breasts a day with rice / pasta... grilled, stir fried in extra virgin oil, steamed, you name it! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I see a big chest in your future...remember diet will dictate your gains more than anything..try and keep it as clean as posible..no sense gaining weight that has to come off anyway...I say up the d-bol to 40-50mg daily and run it for three weeks...by that time the sust will have reached full saturation in your blood and d-bol will no longer be needed nor will excess water retention..in my opinion...I'm not a big fan of a bloated face and flushed cheeks...also with the clomid wait one week after your last injection than run the clomid 100mg ed for a week then 50mg ed for 2 week....aside from that enjoy ![]() [This message has been edited by therealj (edited December 31, 2000).] ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

looking good bro. you look proportional. (sp) if anything i would say try hitting more isolation on the chest. you have a good shape but need to work on the thickness of your chest. good ways to do this is to WORK LEGS. dont forget working legs gets the upper body thicker. i know that for a fact. and do dips. that also helps me much. good luck swol ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Can't really make any good comments without a leg shot. . .I am one of those guys that feel the beginning of size comes from building a strong base. . .once you conquer your legs and make them grow the rest of the body falls in line. . .your cycle looks mild and well thought out for a fella your size and weight. I think if training correctly, eating and resting well you should have some excellent gains. . .your base is good, again its hard to tell from photo's. . .I can only suggest from them that you want to add thickness to the muscle bellies. Example, Bi's Delts, Lats, Pec (are good, work the top of the pec more), and as I said LEGS!!!!. Finally, thickness is a result of concentrated power movements with good form and reasonable reps (not one or two), that is my main suggestion. . .squats, deads, power cleans, leg press, incline dumbell bench for you, . . . .good luck. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Kodiak, Great advise on the leg issues. it has always been difficult for me to build much mass in my lower body...despite working out legs twice a week. One day for quads, another for hams. It seems like the only thing getting more muscular is my ass. That is a big priority for me on this cycle. I will contentrate on more on the traditional mass building lower body movements such as squats, deadlifts, etc. I agree that when the lower body grows, the rest of the body will thicken and follow. I have the same issues with poor-responding legs. Lately I reduced the frequency and put a day of rest before and after my heavy leg day. I'll tell you if it results in any growth...have been handling pretty big weights though, so some changes should happen. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Nice pics Bro, I am a strength athlete so I cant really talk about bodybuilding purposes. but you look fine to me, I would concentrate on your arms a bit more, it is my guess that you dont train heavy, if you did then you might see some better gains with your back and arms. For arms I stick with french press, dumbell extensions and for bi's.all preacher movements, in the 6-12 rep range, these exercises have given me 17.5" forearms and 19" bi's and going up.
