I'm 2 weeks into my bulking cycle. 500mg sust/wk. 2cc ref-b/day. I have been eating and training like mad, but didn't think I was getting much results. I have been weighing myself at home and have stayed at 240 for over a week. (I started at 236). Well, turns out my damn scale is busted!!! I used the one at my gym today and weighed in at 270!!! Now, before you start calling me "harmonic", I should tell you that my starting weight was done first thing in the morning wearing no clothes. The 270 weigh-in was wearing sweats, shoes, and after a full day of eating. But still, I figure i'm up about 20 lbs at least. A good deal of that is water and fat, i'm sure, but I also blew my old workout poundages away today. On flat bench I hit 315 for 7,7,9. My advice is weigh in at teh same time, wearing the same thing only once a week that is a good way to measure increases plus you dont get freaked out if one day you lose a pound or two ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

never weigh myself as its not important. One could eat big macs all day and gains tons of weight. I tell by the mirror, the weights that feel lighter, the clothes that feel tighter, and the likes. Weight has never been important to me. Keep up the great work though and keep those gains coming. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
