I am completely new to the world of AS. I am 5'10, 198lbs, about 10 percent bf, and totally natural. i am thinking about using AS, but i don't know the first thing about adminstering the injectables. where does one inject? how? what size needle? how often, and so on.. can someone help me out? also, what are good AS to use on a first cycle? i want to stay lean and put on quality gains. i was told a primobolan/anavar stack was good for novices and puts yeilds quality gains.    | ||

I suggest, my friend, that you go to a web site out there and read up alot. You will be surprised at the amount of information you learn. Alternatively or alongisde that also stay on this board and read a few of the posts, they will tell you a lot. If you go to the top right of the page under post reply and post a new topic there is a search function. Click on search and type in injection and or whatever else you wish to research on. Do research there is a ton under the search function (archived topics) as for primo/anavar that is a real light stack and will add SOME quality muscle, dont expect to put on 20 pounds however ------------------ | ||

You have long time of research and learning ahead of you before you Begin with AS. Please be patient and learn all you can(more than you need to know). Dont' get inpatient, it will lead to problems. You have come to the right place to learn so read up and ask questions and when the time comes it will be a success. ------------------ | ||

I always thought steroids are terrible for you, and never thought about using them.. but you ppl all seem to talk about them.. arent they veeeerrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyyyyyy bad for you? Why take them then???? | ||

You'll need to be aware of things like Blood pressure, heart rate, etc. while on a cycle. Do yourself a favor and use that search function and read, Read, READ. Also read this board. There are sites out there that can help also. Do a search for other websites. I like sust/EQ or Deca/dbol for a first cycle. Research your doses. Don't forget clomid and nolvadex. Good luck and be smart. | ||

I agree with the general consensus. I did my first cycle about six months ago and spent the six months prior to that doing reseach. There are numerous resources on the net; I suggest a search of the archives here as a start. Also, monitor this group for a few months and you will learn a great deal. I know I did. | ||

I wouldnt have asked a question about it if I didnt want to talk about it... so is anyone gonna answer my question? here's what i've heard about steroids.. u get female attributes, you get heart problems, you die early... is that correct? | ||

LP, female attributes: use an anti-E or anti-P heart problems: not if you prevent water rentention. none whatsoever die early: maybe under chronic use, but high calories does the same thing. | ||

***Yep, 2thick has it right. Remember research = knowledge and knowledge = power! Also keep in mind you will gain the most out of your first cycle but you will only have (1) first cycle in your life, so go with something like Sus250/Dbol for mass. Check out some of the websites these guys put up, very good info, and don't forget to buy the god of steroid books... "World Anabolic Review". | ||
