I was seriously thinking about doing the ketogenic diet. the one on the EF special reports and augmenting it with insulin. I am concerned about comming off my cycle and statring the diet, i dont want to loose my gains just because of trying to cut up, but i need some pre summer radical readiness, if you know what i mean. Has anyone had success with this? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I would wait 6-8 weeks after coming off to let the body adjust, and hormones to level. In the mean time eat a very clean, mod. cal. diet. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Had my diet well planned out for ending my cycle, got sick the last week and ended up in the hospital fighting off diarr. vomiting, and a 104 temp. Well, there goes keeping all my gains. Just hit it hard next week when I will hopefully be feeling much better. B True ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
