I read on a post from a little earlier that localized winny in the delts and bi's work well. I just started my winny with my deca sus cycle and want to know if this works and how to do it. any diagrams or descriptions would help.thanks bros

delts are easy bro..I use a 23 guage 3/4 inch in them..
