I'm composing my 2001 cycles and diets; here's what I've decided to do for my cutting phase, probably around March. Critique away.

On workout days :
im not sure if I want to take DNP everyday, and since most of my diet consists of Low
Carb, im just gonna keep at 300g a day at max.

On workout days:

Since my goal is for fat loss, Im not to worried about my workout suffering. Im gonna take "Gold Yohimbe" Triax (my T3 is going to be very low, so this is realy gonna come in
handy). After several hours of fasting, the caffeine and yohimbe is will really tax my
love handles and my lower belly, Blood sugar is really low which yohimbe works only at this time. Another thing, Ill be eating 2 regular meals, 1 postworkout meal, and a 'light lunch'. I'll be consuming anywhere from 1800-2000 kcals a day. I want to consume most of my kcals after working out, this includes postworkout drink and eating an ISO type meal an hour or 2 later.

Here let me make it simpler: This will be on my workout day:

Waking up: (supplements) "gold Yohimbe"with caffeine+triax

(exercise) some light cardio since high intensity cardio negates the effects of Yohimbe

About 2-3 hours later
Meal 1: My goal is to keep blood sugar low. SO I want to eat enough protein but not to
over do it so it wont convert to glucose which will raise blood sugar. Ill have about 40 grams of protein, probably in the form of meat, and about 20 grams of fat. Ill eat slightly under half a pound of 5-7% fat ground beef with about a half a tablespoon of mayo. I might even choose to substite 40 g of whey protein with some flax meal and heavy cream. The fiber in the flax meal should lower my blood sugar.

(supplements): multi vitamins, Vit E, Vit C, Calcium citrate, Gingko Biloba (good antioxidant!)

About 3 hours later

Meal 2: This will be consider my light lunch: Perhaps some salad mentioned with some good clean oil dressing: ill have about 20 g of protein and about 10 grams of fat.
(supplements): EC+triax

A couple hours later

I'll have about 25 g worth of carbs, low glycemic which means I want to have some
fructose. So a small apple, with a scoop of whey protein, about 20-25 grams. There is
some good research that some whey protein prior to working out wil reduce tramuatic
effects in muscle.

Training: (If using big muscle groups, i would have more carbs in my post workout meal, if smaller muscles, I would have less carbs in my postworkout meal To make up for my missing kclas from the carbs on my smaller muscle days, i would simply add more fat to my first 2 meals...)

After Workout:

40 g of whey protein, 100 g of carbs (large muscles, if working smaller muscles, I would
use 50-75 g) My carbs will be mostly glucose, but with some fructose. For example I will
have gatorades as my postworkout drink, this is what i use, you can use what suits you,
like cereal or whatever, be creative!)
(supplents): antioxidant stack

2 hours later

(Meal 3)
Wholesome meal time!: have a good serving of meat or chicken (40 g of protein), some
sweet potatoes, potatoe, brown rice, nothing sugary,( 50 grams of cho) and maybe some
some peanut butter or some flax (15 g of fat) or any kind of good fats. if I use meat, then I have my fats covered right there, if I use chicken, then I'll use EFA's or the likes. m.
(supp) TRIAX; DNP 300 mg

There you have it!!!!
Grand Total

720 in protein (180 g of protein)

405 in fat (45 g)

700 in cho (175 g)
