Looking for cycle advice this is my 3rd cycle,however its been about 3 years since my last one. Thanks. ps I have three bottles of Norandren 200 and they are 10ml vials not 31ml. So the breakdown is this 9 1ml Sust 250
15 1ml primoteston. im thinking of either two 3 month cycles or 1 6 month im looking for mostly lean muscle gains.

First off you need more gear but if you only have this to work with I would suggest:
wk 1) 500mg sus
wk 2-8) 250mg sus
600mg nor200 per week for 8 weeks
300mg primo a wk for the last 4 wks

thanks goodfella I talked to a guy today thats been juiceing for seven years he told me this cycle. Im in good shape this is my third cycle although it has been three years so its like fresh again.
sust 500mg two weeks 250 after
primo every other week till out
Deca every other week
last 4 weeks we talked about adding winnie or Eq since I need to cut up. as of yet I dont have it but it shouldnt be too hard.
soewhere during the end im going to dose antiestrogen to keep the bitch tits away.
let me know what you think of this people.

What are you stats, diet, how long have you been working out, what are your goals,etc. We need more info to help you. Three or six months cycles is too long if u are going to use test.

Im in my mid twenties been working out since highschool. Im a personal trainer and am pretty familiar with diet and excercise. I would like any advice that you may have on changes in Diet when on a cycle it would save me some research. I weigh 186 right now and am 5'8. body fat percent is prolly 26%.I took about 6 months off. My training regiment is going to include cardio twice a day for at least 5 times a week. Im going for a contest in 8 weeks its one of those before and after contest that challenges you to get as riped and buff as you can in a short amount of time. Any suggestions on workloads while on steroids would be nice to although I think im going to use my body as a gauge and try to push as hard as I can to get lean.
