hey guys... i dislocated my shoulder about 3-4 months ago and as of last month was trying to rehab it. Well that didnt work because it popped again when do dumbell shoulder presses.... Well it's been about a week since and it seems fine... i'm going to wait another week and try to get it back into shape. Can you guys suggest and tips or products that can help speed the healing/recovery? thanks ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I dislocated my shoulder too bro. Best thing you can do are rotator cuff exercises and get some glucosamine sulfate and chondroiton (sp?) Peace ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I would stay away from direct shoulder work for a little while and just let the other exercises such as bench press gradually strengthen the shoulder back up. Just a thought. Luca ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I don't know about a dislocation, but I tore my shoulder and was on Deca, and it took 6 days to heal. I did it in the past when I wasn't on anything and it took 6 months to heal. Love that Deca!!!!!!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Work those rotator cuff exercises before EVERY workout. Use the 5lb dumbells or so. Pick about 3 or 4 exercises to do and do them religiously. I do them before chest and back workouts now when I don't have any shoulder problems. Good prevention and warm up for my shoulders. B True ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
