just starting wk 4 and thought i would post my results so far to anyone interested-started at 5'5approx198 at 12.5 bf and at end of wk 3 208-clothes are getting tighter especially in arms which are at 19"-face looks like someone took a airpump(extremely puffy) to it!I usually have always had a little acne on shoulders but believe it or not seems to have gotten better not worse!strength is shooting nicely-usually go up to shoulder dumbell presses for 10 reps at 100lbs today felt good and went to to the 110's for a clean 10-don't go below 3-5 reps so i can't give you a 1 rep max on any lift but feel like a fuckin madman! having bf done after wk 5 but doesn't seem to be up- think it's bloat and water if anything. have always been accused of juicing but in the last wk it's gotten pretty bad - even my own sister-i just laugh and say i'm just eating too much-probably will try 34 jeans instead of 32's getting tight in the ass and quads-taking in about 350-400g'protein and about same of carbs-1.5gal of water along with all the shakes- very clean diet except for 2 days at christmas-i still believe the best is yet to come!thanks fellas!

deca/400-sust/300 8 wks--will tkae some time off and hit a test e,eq and abomb cycle then be ready for a cutting cycle for mid summer-at end hoping to be pretty ripped at about 185 or so depending what the heavier bulking cycle will do to me. I'm satarting to believe the 1st cycle doesn't have to be as heavy as some would say- at least not for me.i did do a cycle a few yrs back but fucked it up with diet and inexperience.so i call this my first real cycle.
