My uncle recently came down to visit me from Wisconsin and was reinspired to the sport of bodybuilding after seeing the improvemaents that I have made over the last year.He is now 40 but has been out of harcore training from since he was about 25.When he was 19 he won a couple of local shows as well as the honor of biggest arms(I guess a category that used to be around back then.)The science 21 years ago wasn't much help but he did have the advantage of some d-bol to help him along the way.During his trip here we spent some time on this site as well as others sprucing him up on the juice technology and he caught the fever.I sent him back with some t-200 and some lorabolin and his arms jumped right back up to a hard, full 19 1/2. He was really pumped until he found out that the infection he recieved was due to a contaminated bottle of those fine brovel products. But that didn't slow him down he kept on training using the lorabolin.Tragidy struck again when he had to undergo knee surgery 2 days after christmas. My uncle has always inspired me for his dedication towards his family and his career but nothing has inspired me more than him calling me today to tell me that he has not taken any pain medication since the surgery because it would interfere with his training.Today a few days after his knee operation he hobbled to the gym for an upper body workout. That my friends is an example of a true hardcore bodybuilder.Just wanted to share this story and hear what you guys think. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I can relate to your uncle's pains and dedication. I had back surgery and was scheduled for shoulder surgery but canx it. Deca has allowed me do military press for the first time in years. However, nothing helps with the back pain, but I work around it. Basically big upper body and little legs. No matter what the injury is, there is a workout that adapts to your condition. I wish I had a family member that could relate to my sick sense of dedication!! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
