I'm new to your board, But I just recieved a large supply of reforvit B, this will be the first time I've use this stuff. So does anybody have any suggestions. Make caps with it. Use size 0 and 00 and put one inside the other. That should last for 10-16 hrs. Andy | ||

you can shoot it in your mouth but it tastes bad, and no matter how much water you drink it seems like that taste won't go away. I like taking it in gelcaps, I think that is the best way, but yes you can shoot it in your mouth. ------------------ |
