I keep posting my ideas for a first cycle and I am getting the same responses.... I want a broad array of thought behind this. I have done my research but I want to continue before I make my final decision. What would be a better first cycle for gaining and HOLDING mass? Either a) deca/dbol or b) omna/dbol? Also, I just got over an acne problem and I would like to keep it from returning (if possible).... I am 5'11, 165lbs. Which cycle do you think is better for first time use and how much can I expect to gain if I train hard and eat right? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

the acne is hard to avoid so you have to deal with it. This is what i would do: sust deca d-bol wk1-500-400-30mg ED wk2-500-400-30mgED wk3-500-400-30mgED wk4-500-400-30mgED wk5-500-400-30mgED wk6-500-400-30mgED wk7-500-400-0 wk8-500-400-0 start clomid at week 7 at 50mg EOPD and after the cycle up it to 50mg ED. Keep nolvadex on hand. If you dont want to stack the deca with it just omit it. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

5'11", 165? Sounds like you don't eat right now! I think your choice to cycle is premature. You have zero foundation yet, don't get impatient, lift and eat. Buy some creatine and protein. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Like I said in your other post, I like omna and deca, stay away from the d-bol. I really like just 400mg of eq a week for 8 to 10 weeks. Eat lots of protien ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

MP5 is absolutely right. This is no flame at all bro so don't take it that way. Even though this is a AS board, from everything I read in mags, sites, etc. it seems that everyone is trying to take the AS shortcut. I'm not on a soapbox or anything, but most of the bro's out there have been lifting for years and nothing can substitute for that. No amount of AS, etc. can replace years of experience and muscle conditioning. Keep that in mind. Most of the AS users out there have just started weight training. That's why so many of them lose interest with lifting after their 1st or 2nd cycle. E6286 WAS JUST CURIOUS AS TO WHAT YOUR BF% IS ? I WOULD GO WITH ALL THREE OF THEM,(OMNA,DECA,D-BOL) THAT IS A VERY EFFECTIVE STACK FOR PUTTING ON MASS. You are very thin at 5'11 165lbs even with a low BF that is thin....HOw old are you? if you are trying to build mass and retain it, dbol is a hard choice but i say go with it and do your best to maintain the weight gain..... sus250 500mg a week for 8 weeks your going to have to eat like a horse to put weight on your thin ass but stay motivated you can do it.. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

If you want permanent gains, no need to do d-bol. You are new and fresh and your body will respond to much less much better. If you are not careful you will lose alot of what you gain on d-bol. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
