WELL I JUST FINISHED WEEK 7.
Im on 500mg a week sus(250mg twice a week)
400mg deca(200 mg twice a week)
and i did 6 weeks of dbol(30mg a day)

Im having such a bitch of a time gaining weight. i started at 223, last night my weight was 232, and my tantica scale said i was up 2%bf. so far this cycle ive been as high as 236 with no increase in bf.

im eating as much as i can at this time. a protien shake for breakfast, along with a peanutbutter @jelly sandwich, and then 3-4 p@j's or tuna sandwiches through out the day, and 2-3 days a week i also go to burger king and get a double whopper. i workout at 6pm, and drink a shake right after, and then dinner a couple hours later.

my strenght has gone up nicely.
benchpress before cycle: 225x10
last night 275x7.
my 1 rep max has gone up close to 60lbs.

So at this rate i figure i might finish this cycle at about 236, and loose 4lbs or so, and will have only gained 10lbs of this cycle. Is this typical with some people.

eat more! just from what you listed you seem to be eating around 3500-4000 calories and that is not enough for someone 230#, or some of your gear was bunk.

hey man, that is very typical w/some people (like me for example). i was on that same cycle except with EQ/not deca. the strength went fuckin NUTS!! my bench went up almost 85 lbs in 6 weeks.... but the weight gain sucked, i was so pissed when i got on the scale!!! after 8 weeks i was up 20lbs, i couldnt believe it! so maybe in the next week you will put on some weight. the reason why you are not gaining much weight like myself is because your body doesnt retain water. MY body doesnt retain water, i am 2 months out of my cycle and not only i havent lost any weight, BUT i am stil gaining weight now, i am up 5 lbs more than i was 2 months ago while on cycle.... your strength is much like mine let me guess your max; is it 330-335lbs???? later

I am basically done with my cycle. I am just tapering the Omna so the crash is minimized. I did d-bol for 6weeks, Omna at 750 and deca at 500. The first two weeks I was up 15 pounds 202 to 217. I got as high as 221. My nipples started hurting at week 5-6 I started popping Nolvadex daily and my weight went down to 212. My strength is way up, but I don't feel larger. My friends all tell me that I have gained, but I don't see it. I measure my arms yesterday and unpumped they are up a full inch, so I had to have grown. Hell I'll take an inch anyday. Fuck the weight. I think I must not retain water that well either.

you guys are pissed at a 20lb gain?!? i would die for an extra 20lbs off a cycle. it's fucking hard for me to gain 1lb. the most i gain off a cycle now days is max 10lbs. it sucks. but on the other hand it's not water either. so consider yourself lucky.

Allow me to correct biggiesmalz. Eating is 90% of this game, traing is 10%, and rest is 0%. If it takes you any effort what so ever to thoroughly rest then you are doing something wrong. It's all about diet.
