If the reading was accurrate, then it is not "normal" and it is bad. Check with a Doc about ACE inhibitors. Beat wishes. Peace!

that is very high. Normal is around 120/80. Your pulse was also high..it should be around 90. 45 minutes after a workout you should be calmed down mostly. I'd get that checked out. Dont play with your heart dude.

I've read a lot about BP and his doesn't seem that high. Mine gets up there too while on and from what I've heard it's not that bad and very normal. I heard it's dangerous when the two numbers are more than 100 apart (ex. 155/55). Mine sits in the 140-150's/65-85 depending what time I take it. I'd just suggest drinking more H2O since it seems to really help mine. Stay away from ECA or caffeine in sodas. Later, Green

Normal blood pressure is 140-100 over60-90, with a pule between60-100 so you not in too bad of shape. Are you taking any clen, ephedrine or cafine?
Also the d-bol might have something to do with it if it's reforvit. I have heard of that before.

While you should probably visit your doc there are some things you can do now to see if you can't get it down on your own. Try any or all of these things: drink more water, use an anti-aromatase(arimidex), drop the dbol or drol if you are using any, do more cardio, and what really helped me- drink green tea with two or three tablespoons of apple cider vinager. I know the vinegar idea sounds like crap but it is a mild diuretic that can lower blood pressure and alleviate joint pain. It worked wonders for me and a few other people I know. A simple water pill from GNC could help as well. Sometimes during the first month or two of a cycle my blood pressure goes up and then drops back down once my body becomes accustomed to the higher levels of test. If this keeps up, then you really need to see a doc. Good luck.

It is not terribly unusual to see higher BPs when on a cycle...especially test. Yes, your BP is a little high...if it remains high a month after your cycle then let the doc know what is up.

Don't worry, it's the lower part you must consider. You should check your bp a few times during the day.

It's the lower one (like 110 or 120) that will kill you, but since yours is below 80....

I just posted a similar thread yesterday, I just saw a cardiologist and my BP was 150/108. Basically he said if I work out at this point something could go pop. He wants me to drop 40lbs (260 down to 220). I don't know what medication I am going on yet as I still have one or two tests to run which ensure it isn't a kidney or heart problem.

Hope you turn out better then me.

Mine has raised to 180/100 while on cycle. I went and saw my Doc and he wrote me a script for Accupril. Within days, my BP reading dropped to 130/80. I strongly suggest talking to your Doc about Accupril or Catapres.
