Cholesterol is a bizarre thing. Start eating healthy, and that should drop. Also, increase your aerobic activity. AST and ALT are liver enzymes, and they're not TOO elevated, but they're elevated, nonetheless. After being off for four weeks (should we assume that the last injection was four weeks ago?), you're still going to have residuals of the cycle floating around your body. But if you took the necessary precautions during the cycle, the liver enzymes should return back to normal in a few weeks. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

High cholesterol is a common side affect from AS use. Trust me, two weeks ago mine was measured at 255 with a LDLs at 230. Just swap out the red meats for more chicken/fish. Lay off the butter. Most foods have a cholesterol column on the RDA thingie. Oh yeah, garlic! [This message has been edited by Code-Code (edited December 28, 2000).] ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Find the right Dr. that will work with you and test your blood before and after a cycle. My Dr. knows what to look for and is aware of my program. He uses fatigue as a reason for testing the blood, so its OK with the insurance company. Once again find the right Dr. and be totally honest with him, you'll find they don't mant to be martyrs and are more than willing to do regular check ups for the right reasons. AS are OK when used smartly, but we all need a little help to check on possible damages that may occur. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
