Each exercises has a description of its execution, information on exactly which muscles are stressed during the movement and how to vary the exercise to stress the muscles involved in different ways. Also included are some of my own thoughts about the exercises.

The listing is incomplete by any standards, but all the exercises you could ever need to reach hugeness are here. The only thing lift to do is get in the gym and lift.
