Glad to see this is getting some traffic already...
I also live in Scottsdale, train at the World Gym down on Thomas... I work as a trainer for a private training studio... anyway, I am going up to Prescott to visit my Dad for the weekend... when I get back I am going to try to get a real page here (with the help of my Front Page program)... would like to keep this page and add some links to local info, and even create some pages dealing with fitness/lifting in AZ... so if you guys have any ideas, glad to hear them
