Guys, I need some input here. Not counting the Ham/Glute Raise or Romanian Deadlifts, which are the best. In YOUR opinion, which exercise is the best to work the posterior chain(Glutes, Hamstrings & Lower Back)? The 45 Degree Hyper shown here. http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Hamstrings/BBHyperextension.html Or the regular hyperextension done flat at a 90 Degree angle?
