this is when you squat normal, but hold bar in the grooves opposite of elbow. do i just rap my arms all the way around it? or try to hold them up. anyone have better descritopn? what is the purpose? would it be good to toss it in with squat day?
They work my abs, hips, lower back, hams, quads...everything...
They can be done many ways too...and are a VERY good round back exercise. Remember...most times you hurt your back...it is rounded..so why not train it to be stronger in this position?
