Babyfaced Assassin New member Jun 23, 2003 #2 Yeah i used to do that (but instead of kashi i used fiber 1) It tastes the bomb! and i added vanilla protein powder but alas that's too many carbs and cottage cheese makes me sick the next day Anyway nice to share this with others lohain!

R Raina Banned Jun 24, 2003 #3 That sounds good!! I've been thinking that throwing some splenda, grated cooked carrot, nutmeg, cinnamon, and pecans into oatmeal would make it taste sort of like a carrot cake.
