Yummy protien pancakes

Yum I just made these protien pancakes that were a variation on others recipes and they turned out great I topped them with sugar free syurp and some with sugar free jam I realize some of you dieting down low for a comp will not be able to have these because of the bannana, but for everyone else theses are super healthy and good for you.


1 cup oatmeal
3 egg whites
1/4 cup plain lactose and fat free yougurt by astro (you can use any plain fat free yougurt)
1/2 bananna
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 cup sugar twin brown sugar substitute or 1 to 2 packs sweetener
1/2 tsp baking powder

Make sure you blend in a blender to a batter spray skillet on high heat with cooking spray and cook till bubbles start to form then flip
 
lol at ttlpkg by the way I tried sending you a pm a couple times a few days ago and your mailbox was full. You are very popular!!! Flex4life I have tried something similar to your recipe and it is very yummy with cottage cheese as well.
 
I'm sorry I missed your message, my box should be empty now. I can't wait to try those pancakes. I am now picturing you wearing an apron (and nothing else).
 
I'll definatly try this, If I have to choke down one more scrambled egg I think that I'll die.

Are they as good as they sound? And what are the numbers, carbs, fats, protein.

I personally only eat 1/2 of the batch the recipe is good for 2 people or 1 if you are bulking. This is the breakdown if you happen to eat the whole thing. If you need more protien sometimes I will add in 1/2 scoop of vanilla protien powder or another egg white.

Breakdown for 2 servings = 544 cals 78carbs 27 protien and 6 grams fat
