If you do chest 3 or more times a week, If you can curl more than you can squat, If you use a broom handle or any long stick in your workout, If your legs are skinnier than your arms, If you eat less than 6 meals a day, If your idea of a diet is 4 shakes a day, YOU ARE NOT A BODYBUILDER!
