You think these lifts are respectable for a 36 yo 225 pounder

like I said 36, been lifting long time. Only go 3 times per week, chest and tris, back and bi, legs and shoulders

bench 315 for 12 moving the weight, 8 reps super strict
squats 405 for 12 deep, I do wear wraps because of acl surgery
deads 495 for 6 did 405 for 15, strict with straps

I am just comparing myself to the young guns in my gym. They look alittle better, but damn I still got it lol
 
Haha your a bear you got that old man strength. I'm a young buck myself and while those 20 year olds may look more swole you older dudes got that condensed muscle that really moves the weight.

So yeah thats heavy ass weight bro good stuff.

Nice lifts. That's way stronger than 90% of gym goers and the young pretty boys.

Most of these metro fags with the fake tan and waxing sitting around 185lbs or so look great, but are weak as fuck.

Btw, 36 isn't old man.
 
Yeah when I said old I meant relative to me and the yung'ns you mentioned, you've still got your life ahead of you.
 
Man I dont know what my 3 total would be. I rarely go for a 1 rep max. I would think I could do 405 on the bench, maybe. Ive done 385 pretty easy just dont want 405 to lay on me. Deads 545, sqaut about the same as dead lift.
