I am going to have to do like you and delete all the guys comments off so it appears all I have is a bunch of females leaving comments like I am a stud or something.

we have the same bodytype.. hows that working out for u?

except u got alot more mass
I've found training each bodypart twice a week works great but you have to be careful of overuse injuries(tendonitis). Having your nutrition "on spot" is also important, I drink a shake during my workout and it helps immensely(20g BCAA's and 40g dextrose). I also do a lot with carb timing. Most of my carbs I consume around my workout or meal 1(1g-1.5+g depending if I'm bulking or staying lean).

I'm deleting everyone I've never talked to or who doesn't know my real name.

Everyone on my friends list I either know personally or through EF. I won't accept anyone else, period.

I workout at home so I usually have some solid food and a shake. For my crabs I'll consume something higher gi like pancakes, pasta, or Kraft mac + Cheese without teh added butter, it's almost like I'm "cheating" after every workout.

Exactly, it does make compliance easier since I eat so few carbs the rest of the day, maybe an apple or a cup of blueberries, I try to have green vegetables at every meal. I've also made mashed potatoes and corn as a carb source...something I wouldn't normally have at a meal.

Adding a fat would slow down the release of the carbs he goes with high GI to get the impact have his protien deliever to his muscle etc.

His carb timing works I have used it in my off season not exactly the same manner as I can't eat like him but post work out I will have a rice cake with my shake or yougurt in the shake or some fruit.

I haven't used anything illegal in quite a few years. I'm about 235- 240 lbs in those pictures and I'm 5'10"

Here is a "typical" day of eating for me, I'm not bulking but maintaining. If I were bulking I would have two servings of oatmeal in my first meal instead of oatbran. Meal five would also be a fairly high carb meal 100g of complex carbs and I would shift the other meals up for a total of eigh meals.

Meal 1: 1 Cup Blueberries, 1/3 cup oatbran 1 Milk Isolate shake (52 g protein)

Meal 2: 1 apple 1 cup broccoli 1 MI shake 2 fish oil capsules

Meal 3: Workout meal 20g BCAA 40g dextrose sip during workout

Meal 4: Post workout, Kraft mac and cheese prepared with skim milk, no margarine or butter and MI shake. Sometimes I make pancakes, or spaghetti...

Meal 5: 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup spinach, 1 apple, MI shake 3 fish oil capsules 2 tbsp flax seeds.

Meal 6: 5oz Ground sirlon 2 eggs(vegetarian fed chickens) 3 whites

Meal 7: 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup spinach MI shake 6 fish oil capsules 1 borage oil capsule.

Yeah, that's pretty normal, I may have a chicken breast, can of tuna or another serving of beef. I actually blend the vegetables into my shakes. :coffee:

Java, you're an excellent writer. No wonder you got a 167 on your LSAT and did so well in law school. Anyone with command of the english language like that must be smart. Props, bro. I've always wanted to become a better writer. I felt my writing style is too matter of fact that goes off on non-trasistioned tangents. Basically, my writing doesn't flow well.

You're "about me" section was very well written and I'll probably check out your blogs.
