Been lifting for 16 months and consistently 6 days a week PPL split. I'm 5ft 7 and currently 153 lbs. Got up to 164 peak bulk (bulked a little too hard and BF% got up to 22% ish. I've cut down to around 15-16% in 6 weeks) They are 5mg capsules. What is the best time to take them? I know the the rumored time they are active in your system from what I have read seems to be 6-8 hours. Should I take one capsule 5mg in the morning before the workout and the last one 5 MG before bedtime? Any help, advice, or tips would be GREATLY appreciated!

If you want to gain mass thats possible with yk11 and TRT but is it possible for you specifically hard to say?
lets say I tell you take yk11 at X time for X results, you know I would be guessing, why? well we dont know anything about you.
You want REAL advice from us on gaining? well if you do, you need to start a NEW thread with your log journal diary put up your current diet training cardio sleep and we can guide you into a YK11 cycle from there.
To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
