Yet another diet critique please

Here's my diet.. been sticking to it for a while now. sometimes the 2nd to last meal I add a mixture of beans to it to change up carbs but this is pretty much what i eat EVERY frickin day

(stats 6'5 260lbs... i figure around 15% bf)

10:00 Shake - Water, ice, 1 c oats, 50 g whey, 1/2 banana

= workout =

12:45 Postworkout shake - cranberry juice, 50 g whey, 1 T honey

2:00 8 oz of lean beef, chicken, or fish... 4 oz cooked pasta w/tomato sauce

5:00 Shake - Water, ice 1 c oats, 50 g whey, 1/2 banana

8:00 10 oz chicken breat, spinach/romaine salad w/balsamic vinegar and olive oil and a small orange

11:00 9 egg whites, 3 oz 4% lean ground beef, 1 T ketchup

sometimes around 1:00 i'll have 25 g vanilla whey mixed with 1/2 c of cottage cheese w/walnuts (if i'm hungry)

ok all... what do ya think.. any suggestions?.. changes?... i figured it out its a bit over 3300 calories i think
 
after i re-read my post i knew that would be the next post...goals are to get a bit leaner and keep/gain muscle..
 
it looks pretty good

one thing though when ppl ask for diet critique is that everyone's different

run it for a few weeks and see how it goes
on paper it looks good but it might work it might not
 
out of curiousity for what reasons would it not work? are you talking about just differences from person to person?.. i'd say my metabolism is about average.. but i tend to lose/gain weight pretty difficult... i was thinking cycling carbs a little could help?
 
for example if u have good insulin sensitivity you can handle more carbs better i guess
for me your diet wouldnt be too good since im lactose intollerant and wouldnt handle the co cheese well ;)
