pullovers 20 x20 - I'm not sure if I buy into these expanding your ribcage but at least I get to lie down

military press 4x5(95, 115, 135, 145 only got 3 with 145, try again next week)
farmer's walk 90lb dbells for 55 steps and then 40 steps
situps 2x10

I planned to do some curls but I dont think I could have.After the squats I felt drunk for the rest of the workout. When I got into the locker room I felt like I had run a 5k. Wore out.:biggrin:
 
20 rep squats sound scary as friggen hell....
8 rep squats make me feel dizzy.. I can't imagine 20....

its not so bad, after rep number 12, your not really conscience anymore, just kinda in a dream state.

that's right. At 12 I really wanted to put the weight down and compromised with myself that I would rack it at 15 but by the time I hit 15 I knew I could make 20 and kept being suprised by each rep. Maybe I'm not making sense but it was like I was in a dream state or maybe more of a trance - it was like I wasnt the one doing the lifting. Or maybve I was just light headed from the heavy breathing:D
