after nearly 3 y of my hardcore bb life I found out that swapping higher and lower reps helps me to keep improving.
I always did 8-12 reps mostly kept between 8-10. recently did between 10-15 mostly 10-12 and started moving from stagnation.
higher reps helped especially w my back and biceps - my weak parts
therefore I am thinking of y3t from neill. Training very popular with fst6 which I often use.
rotation could be really effective for mass gaining goal
do u have any experience w it?
would u recomend it?
hope I dont have to remind anything about diet and training connection. ..leys say u kept diet as top as u could )
