Tocopherols / tocotrienols have been modified production long ago, after a team of investors has acquired the commercial rights to most of the known xeno-androgens. These investors have placed on the market-oriented users of anabolic androgenic steroids range. Similar to anabolic steroids are available from the second half of 2011, but some professional athletes already use since the beginning of 2010. Because of their resemblance to the real anabolic steroids, various protests against the use of xeno-androgens occurred, especially from the agency WADA, WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency, World Anti-Doping Agency ), the international organization of the fight against dopage13.

I live in France, 2 company sell it "xenohormones" for the moment it's legal.
"Xeno-androgens are a group of synthetic substances that have properties similar to those of human steroid hormone which is the testosterone and its derivatives. At present, the known xeno-androgens include tocopherols and tocotrienols altered, modified such nicotinamides and tributyltin and toxic triphényltine1 and methyltestosterone (MT) 2."
