hello,joined a gym on 4-13-01,cardio for 45 min then weights.not much weight loss very slight.Bought Xenadrine not sure if i should use it 7 days a week or just on the days i do cardio work.I do cardio work 6 days,3 days are aerobic classes,3 days are EFX,or treadmill.imediently after working out i rum to the weights,lift about 30 lbs for every arm machine and 40,for legs.is this ok.Does the xenadrine really make you lose 30 lbs in 30 days?I weigh 165,and wanted to drop to 130,by summer,any ideas.oh yea water i drink at least 4,20 oz bottles of water plus,to much?not enough?
