What dosage and when do you take Xenadrine?
I had used TwinLabs Diet Fuel and had cycled up to 9 caps a day (~675mg caffeine/60mg ephedra) and that worked great. I think Xena; 6caps=9 Diet Fuel. If I am taking 6 Xena; should I split them up into 3 servings/2caps or 6servings/1 cap?
Also if I take it on an empty stomach it makes me sick sometimes to the point where I regurgitate the cap! I usually take them with a small amount of food or a shake or take them 15minutes before eating.
Plus the other day I took 1 cap in the afternoon-I'd had a long day and was really tired. I decided to skip my workout and ended up taking a nap! About 1hr after taking the cap! Must've been tired!
