Xenadrine & Creatine

Hey guys I'm only beeing lifgting and dieting for 5 months now, I
have a questions can anybody help me please?

4 days keto cycles 3 keto & 1 carb up
3 days split/routine
5 days am cardio

I like to know if is safe to take xenadrine before cardio in the moorning and before workout in the afternoon? I found out it gives energy.
I am taking creatine/whey/6 sweet tarts and grape guice for postworkout can anybody tell me if I am doing this right please?

Yes, it is perfectly safe to take Xenadrine before cardio and workouts... in fact, about 30-45 minutes prior is probably the best time. That post-workout shake looks just fine.

To the best of my knowledge taking an ECA stack (xenadrine) and Creatine at the same time is kind of useless.
Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I know, ECA stacks help suck the water out of your system, helping to give you the cut look.
Where Creatine, induces water retention so your muscles become over hydrated giving you more of a bulky watery look.
To me it seems like these two supplements would be having a tug-o-war battle and render each other useless.
Again, I'm no genius, but these are things I have heard, please correct me if I'm wrong

Listen to Fitness Frk. Thermogenics and creatine serve their two different purposes, so timing is everything. Xenadrine before cardio, and the creatine after the weight training will do you fine.:D
