xen dosage

Taking xenadrine, it says not to go more than 4 caps a day, but taking 2 in the morn and 2 in mid afternoon....i dont seem to get too much out of them...what would happen if i took 3 at each point?

Go right ahead, I think they put that low of a recommended dosage to cover their ass. You should take 2 caps three times daily.

the original dosage was 2 caps 3 x's a day. it was changed about a year ago(not sure of exactly when). I take 2 caps 3x's daily. i switch with clen every 2 weeks. works great! Just make sure you use RFA-1, EFX sux(no eph.) and don't take your last 2 caps too late in the day, unless u don't like to sleep, LOL.
