I recently came across an advertisement for a computer program called "X-size" and received an email detailing the first workout of the program. The concept sounds interesting, but they don't give enough info in the email to put together a whole program. Has anyone out there heard of this system or given it a try? Regardless, I'm not shelling out $197 for the software, but I do like to vary my training now and then. So, any experiences? Thanks.
