WTF is this Arnold pic fake?

I think that was after his heart surgery.
 
i think its fake. You see him on TV going to award shows or whatever and he always has a good build to him. That picture is not a good build... its sloppy and personally I think he would never let himself get to that level.
 
I thought he hurt his shoulder making T3 and that was taken after that when he coiuldn't work out for awhile.
 
give the guy a break hes in his 50's. It is real is was on the tv in video form. He looks better than my parents do and theyre around his age lol.
 
Nothing wrong with that picture to me.....one day, we will all look much worse than that, if we live long enough. What's wrong with age and sickness. Bottum line, he had much more of an impressive build in his youth than most of us have or will ever have!
 
no way that is real. Arnold always wears a tight fitting suit or shirt and you would be able to tell cause those are some tremendous fat rolls.
 
It can't be real. Even if it was it still would make a difference, the man is still someone to look up to...

THAT'S BULLSHIT!!...that pic has to be fake!!...look at those arms completely burned like if they never has been trained. Look at that flat chest. Even if you don't workout for a whole year you don't get that little bag of fat in your chest. He always on TV look in good shape. With a suit or whatever he is always fit.

Point #1: Heres a news flash for ya: Everytime the man makes a movie he treats it like a contest. It takes him many months to get back into movie shape.

When he decides/needs/is forced to take couple years off, he starts to look his age and health level. How do you think you are going to feel after 35 years of cycles, heavy living and stress?

Jeezus, the fucking man has been injured 21 ways to sunday, heart surgery, is at the certain age when vanity doesnt ALWAYS get the best of him. He's worked his ass off for YEARS, now he is rich as could be, and likes to chill out with his family and his toys, sit in the sun, go to lots of dinner parties, whatever. Do you really imagine that at this stage in his life he is really thinking about how he looks in a DoubleBicep? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.... dont think so.

As far as who your heros should be, thats another thing, but but give the man a chance to look like the reality he is in.
 
yeah this is very old, but i dont think their is proof wether it is, or isnt him! iv been interested!

The picture was published in some UK newspapers many months ago. To my knowledge there was no legal action taken by anyone so IMHO it is / was real. How long ago was it taken i do not know but if it were fake i am sure compensation woul dhave been sought

I hate disapoint people including myself but the pic was from a reputable journal. IT ISNT FAKE. Sucks to think of him like that, but then we know how quickly form can be (somewhat) with the right "program". Ill try to find the source-mZ
 
i dont know if the pic was slightly minipulated, but its a real pic. VH-1 did a 30 minute special on arnold and all his wealth, and that picture is a clip from the show, he was on vacation at some big fancy resort.
 
If its a real pic I dont know, at first I thought that wasnt real BUT I just saw him in CNN and he look like in the pics. When u see him on TV pay attention how low his shoulders are.

I have no direct evidence, but here is my reasoning. I saw that picture in one of those magazines that says things like:
"Weapons of mass destruction found -- killer dinosaurs!"
"Bat boy found!"
"Jesus is returning!"

The credibility of the of the magazine I saw it printed in was below zero.

But it has also been published in far more reputable daily newspapers. My only reasoning would be surely his management team would have gone for some compensation if fake?

There are a few issues here.

One - some are claiming this is from a video clip. I believe this is false because I ifranview'd the shot really close and it's a photo, not a vid cap (like that isn't obvious without any enhancing).

Two - If there is video, can someone host it so we can see?

Three - I zoomed this up to the pixl level. Whoever did the image seemed to put a lot of effort into blending the head onto the body. They also put Arnold's watch on this guy, but didn't spend nearly as much time blending the pixels around the watch; it's very clearly a paste job there.

Four - I went through about 30 pictures of Arnold recently and cant find any where he doesn't have a ring on his left hand. Maybe he took it off, maybe not.

Five - Look at the forarms in this picture and the forarms in his more recent pictures. They don't look even close.

I have to say the legs look different from the body but the questions still remain

Why if fake was there no legal action? why did reputable publications use if fake (taking into account their ability to examine as closely)?

I am gonna call bullshit big time on this ... just because of this ... my father has a better build than that honestly right now ... and he is 56 yrs old. He has never been Mr. Olympia for 7 years, nor has he ever worked out. He has worked hard jobs all his life and has a strong natural base of muscle that looks better than him. Also, I almost gonna say that my grandfather looks better than that. He is starting to look a little soggy like that, but then again my grandfather also has the widest shoulders I have ever seen before.

Also, look at his legs ... those look like girl legs ... those are not the legs that once belonged to Arnold. Also ... I dont think that Arnold would ever let himself get like that. Its just not his mentallity, no matter how busy he is with other things. There are lots of people Arnies age that look waaaay better than that.
 
Arnold has let hinself go if that pic is real. Stallone is just as old as Arnold and he still looks great. Anyone see him on TV when the Eagles played the Bucs?
 
i seen it on VH-1, the show was called "The Fabulous Life of Arnold Schwarzenegger.", it will be on again tommorrow (monday) at 10pm for any one who wants to watch it, it was pretty good. but anyways the part they show that pic is only on for a sec, so you have to pay attention.
 
Like I said, If he did look like that for a while so what. He didn't look like that in his naked shot in T3 and he doesn't look like that now. This has gotten way more attention than it deserves. I guarantee anyone who looks at that pic and loses respect for Arnold has never looked like and will never look like this. So they have no room to criticize him.

i agree 100%, he has made his fortune, and is enjoying life, who can blame him. the one thing about arnold is he can whip hiself into shape whenever he wants, like in t-3.

This is so old. This pic gets brought up every 2 months or so. For the last friggen time, this was after he had shoulder surgery. He hurt his shoulder while filming T3, and toughed it out until filming was done. Afterwards, he got it operated on, and couldn't lift a coffee cup, let alone a weight, for months.

In the end, the man has proved everything there is to prove with his body. People still consider him to be the ideal in bodybuiding, some 23 years after he's last been on a stage. And when it comes time to do a movie, he still gets into great shape, and never dissapoints. He owes nothing to anyone. He is greatest of all time.
 
The pic is fake as hell! He is on CNN almost every day in regards to the election. Yes, he is normaly wearing a suit, but his shoulders do not droop that much and he is not that fat. And those are definetely not his legs.. I'm sure he was not in great shape after he hurt his shoulder and his heart surgery, but this picture has clearly been tampered with.
 
Why no lawsuit? Why no lawsuit when you see the "George Bush is having alien's baby"?

Unless there is proven malice, and if it's understood to be a joke, there is no basis for a lawsuit.
 
well i just heard fro m a reliable source who blew the image up in photoshop and looked closely at t he pixels and he says the pixels do not match and is sure it is fake.

Man, If you are saying that he can go from the shape he was in in T3 to the way he looked in the pic, you are out of your mind. He may have had a shoulder problem, but that doesnt preclude a person from working on alot of OTHER body parts.

If that was arnold, then somebody needs to figure out the longest period of time he has gone BETWEEN his movies and cross it to the supposed time of that image. Shit folks, how long has this guy ever gon between films ? Couple of years tops?

I agree that the image is a fake. I just dont see when Arnold had the time to get in that bad of shape.

Gunner, it was taken nearly one year after the nude shot for T3 was done. That pic was from 2003. He shot the nude scene in summer of 2002.

You try to train with weights after having your rotater cuff operated on, at 56, after having heart surgery, we'll see how well you do.

Now before you open your piehole again, and think people are out of their mind and attacking Arnold, read the actual post next time.

If the pic is real and the source is good, then the paparazzi has to be a pro spying celebrities. In that case he should have a video taken in that moment...but no video has been seen. That's fake. Democrat manipulation.

He came over last night with Maria. Arnie brought me some Deca, great guy never comes empty handed. I made 3lbs of chicken breast and steak with a side of liver tabs.
Mar looked like she really enjoyed the chicken. We then played scrabble. Arnie had some trouble spelling even making some words up, we just went along with it. I'll ask him next time I see him.

this topic has been beaten to death but to prove it to all you skeptical bastards, there is a pic of him after his heart surgery that shows his scar....yes his large very noticable scar which is not seen at all in the pic...also im blowing up the pic in photoshop and i'll point out to u where the pixels are off

WEll actually I did have heart surgery, well sort of, I had a bullet removed from my chest .

I have a zipper scar and about 13 feet of stainless steel wire in my sternum. I know that within 2 weeks I was wrenching on my motorcycle and racing motocross within 8 weeks.

Heart surgery is more painless than a shoulder injury dumb ass. I know, cuz I have had both. So whats the worst injury you have had...other than a hang nail?

Most every older guy I have seen get a valve or even a triple bypass was up and kicking in short order. You are just spewing shit out your pie hole bro...so shut it!

Fact is, from Arnolds mouth himself, in MANY interviews "It was very hard getting in shape again. I was not able to lift heavy weights anymore, or go to failure." So much for heart surgery being nothing and a cake walk. Getting a bullet removed from your chest is A LOT different than having open heart surgery, and getting a valve replaced.

You want to turn this into a personal attack against me, when you started the flaming first, go ahead. It's the net, and I take what's said with a grain of salt. This is my last post to you, or on this subject. Have fun with your powerwheels :)

you gusy know another major side effect to sauce is that it will all sag later on in life? He is mad old and somewhat out of shape. That pic is real.. i have the issue of peopel magazine that it is in too lol. BUt i also am sick of this shit. The poor guy was huge with sauce of coasrse he wasnt gonna be great all his life.
 
The pic is real. That just happens to be one of the worst looking ones. He's definitely getting up there in age but he still looks great ( just not in that picture )

I don't mean to bring this back up but I just saw the VH1 episode of Great to be Arnold. Not only is that pic real but they showed video of him in the black bikini and several other unflattering photos. For all the people who think it is fake go to VH1's website and find out when the next one is on because they have it on quite frequently.

Fake is what I've seen in T3. That is definitely fake. His chest was unreal. Most of the guys who take tons of steroids could only dream of a chest like that in T3. thats what i suppose to be photoshopped :D
