Ok, I'm miffed and pissed at this.

I started my low carb cut about 3 weeks ago (I was 220).

LOW LOW CARBS, talking 20 a day - Lifting 4 days a week, using Yohimburn DF, Liquid Clenbutrx, etc.

I just stepped on the scales and I'm 228!!! WTF is going on? I've had 1 carb up day in the 3 weeks and that was last saturday. I don't get it.
 
It's alright, definately not having problems birthing turds :p.

I wonder if it all the bacardi mixed with diet drinks????
 
I have the same problem on really low carb diets, I dont seem to lose even a bit of fat on them. Nothing more annoying then when you try your best and still see no results!

alcohol makes you very insulin insensitive.. not a good idea when dieting and the keto metabolic condition may actually be worse with alcohol.. though have not thoroughly looked at its impact in a low carb system.

well... if it's any consolation, when I'm limiting carb intake, I don't give birth too often. Even with adequate fiber intake, my ckd shit schedule is every other day at best.
 
Dang dude, I can drop 'em at least twice a day ;)

Well, I dropped about 100lbs doing this back in the day. I was 195-200 for a few months, now slowly I've creeped back up to where I am now.

I think I look a little leaner, but there is no way that I've put on 6-8lbs of muscle in 3 weeks, not on this diet.

I'm taking in roughly 2500-3000 calories a day (maint. cals. for my height/weight should be around 3500 right now) I'm maxing out at somewhere, give or take around 150gr. protein, 200gr fat, 30gr. carbs <---- at the most.

Those are guesstimates too. I feel like I'm kind of a low carb veteran. I'm not new to it at all and I've had awesome success in the past so this has me a little freaked.
